WHAT WE DO

As a Home Care Worker, you will be doing one of the most important jobs in the community today, you will be helping other people to retain their independence.  Providing support and preserving independence requires skill, sensitivity, kindness and above all a good sense of humour.  A Home Care Worker is one of the most rewarding jobs you can do, but don't be disillusioned, you will work hard to earn those rewards and levels of respect.

We provide our services in the Furness and South Lakeland area, we also have work available in the Ambleside, Windermere, Grasmere and surrounding areas.  We've been doing home care since 1989 and we do it well, our intention is to keep on doing it well and then improve on that.  If the above comments match your expectations, abilities, personality and you would like to be a part of this growing company, then we would be interested to talk to you.

We need people who are caring, of good character, mentally and physically fit.  You will need to be flexible in your approach to your working hours and in general you will work on a 2 week rota system. We'll tell you more when we see you.  All our Home Care Workers undergo Disclosure Barring Service checks.
