Do I have a choice of which care provider I have?
...A:- Yes, everybody has a choice on who their Homecare provider is.
Speak to your Social Worker for more information.
Will I have the same carers?
...A:- yes, we will allocate 2 regular care staff a week, we pride ourselves on continuity of care. This will only differ due to sickness and holiday periods.
